It is used for palletizing crates, packages, bags and other products.
The machines of the NMP series are fully automatic and are manufactured in a standard steel design with a KOMAXIT surface treatment in combination with plastics and stainless steel parts.
The modular principle of portal ascending and descending palletizing allows flexible arrangement of product and pallet inputs, sorting table and pallet output.
Descending palletizing
• the products enter the machine at a height of 1,000 mm
• The pallet hopper releases the empty pallet and transports it under the transfer head
• The pallet stops at a precisely defined location on the pallet conveyor
• The shift table creates the appropriate layer configuration
• the feed arm I move the formed layer onto the movable plate
• the movable plate moves over the pallet
• the feed arm II moves the formed layer to the pallet axis
• after gripping the layer with a special frame, the movable plate moves back to its original position and the layer is gently placed on a pallet
• the whole cycle is repeated until the required packaging is created
• the pallet with products is transported by a system of conveyors to the wrapping machine, where it is automatically wrapped in shrink film
• after packaging, the pallet with the product is transported by a conveyor system to the unloading point
Ascending palletization
• products enter the machine at a height of 2,000 mm
• the pallet hopper releases the empty pallet and transports it to the pallet lift
• the pallet is raised under the movable plate
• The shift table creates the appropriate layer configuration
• the feed arm moves the formed layer to the movable plate
• after gripping the layer with a special frame, the movable plate moves back to its original position and the layer is gently placed on a pallet
• the whole cycle is repeated until the required packaging is created
• the pallet with products is transported by a system of conveyors to the wrapping machine, where it is automatically wrapped in shrink film
• after packaging, the pallet with the product is transported by a conveyor system to the unloading point
